Nagasaki Prefectural Police aims to establish the safest and the most peaceful atmosphere to live in Japan.
長崎県警察では、日本で一番、安全で、安心して暮らせるまちづくりを目指しています。
The purpose of this guideline is to help foreign residents and visitors enjoy living/staying without trouble in Nagasaki Prefeture.
このページは、長崎県で生活している外国人、あるいは、長崎県を訪れた外国人のみなさんが快適に生活できるために必要なことについてお知らせするものです。
Passport/Resident Card（パスポート又は在留カード）
Passport or Residence Card is the only certificate to prove your status.
パスポート又は在留カードは、あなたの身分を明確にする唯一の証明書です。
For foreigners, it is an obligation to carry your Residence Card or passport for non residence card holders (such as short-term travelers) whenever you go out, and present to the police when required.
外国人の方は外出する際に、在留カード(短期旅行者等在留カード等を交付されていない者はパスポート)を携帯することが義務づけられています。警察官から提示を求められた場合には必ず見せて下さい。
Things to be careful in daily life（日常生活で注意すること）
Please follow the manners in public during your stay in Japan.
公共の場所ではマナーを守って楽しい日常生活を送りましょう。
Please refrain from making a loud noise at nighttime (even in your own room to avoid disturbing your neighbors).
夜間は静かにしましょう。たとえ自分の部屋であっても、大きな音を立てたりして周囲に迷惑をかけるようなことはしないようにしましょう。
Drinking alcohol and smoking under the age of 20 are prohibited according to the Japanese Law.
日本の法律では、20歳未満の飲酒、喫煙は禁止されています。
